i work 2 jobs, plus do a full time university course and part time tafe course. believe me, i am not always in bali - i just like maximise the little time i do get off, in a relaxing place, where it is warm and cheap.
and your comments about the mining industry - my partner does fly in fly out, and when you work 12 hours days for 14 days straight in the middle of nowhere, i think you are entitled to spend your money the way you want. and if you can take advantage of a cheap flight to bali for your r and r - go for it.
like i said - if you are really upset about this - change your job and move. your lifestyle is your choice. weve made ours.
