STRATEGIC AIRLINE REVIEW
Thought some of you would be interested to hear of my experience using Strategic Airlines since their Perth-Denpasar leg is fairly new.
I was delighted to secure their initial opening special of $99aus flights each way.
Flight up & back were comfortable with a full (edible) meal provided, including copious amounts of alcohol, if you so chose (as did the couple seated in front of me).
Mature flight attendants were a welcome change on the flight up. All flight attendants were attentive & friendly.
Seats were comfortable - 3 either side of aisle, or 2 either side of aisle in Business Class. Movie provided on each leg.
On return, my luggage weight was several kilo's over. There was neither mention nor charge for this. Cabin luggage was not weighed.
Of particular note are their outstanding customer relations:
Just days prior to departing, I decided to extend my short trip by several days, thereby forgoing the $99 (non-refundable/changeable) return fare & intending to rebook another. I did not have my passport number with me whilst online trying to rebook & found a day later that I had missed a $171 fare. On phoning Strategic, they very generously altered my return date using the original $99 fare!
I would recommend this full service airline.
