I also take a couple of frozen milks from Perth - I put the frozen milk in a cooler bag with all my other "cold" items. When we get to bali the milk is still frozen and the other items are still cold. Depending on what food stuff I take I declare it on the form and not had any problems. I also take wine so I think they are more interested in the wine than anything else
