Has anyone used Rizal?
i have enquired about having a painting done from a photograph.
He would like all the money up front(having not dealt with us before) by western union and it will be ready for us when we arrive. they need to have it finished by the 6th sept because of shop closing on 6th for 2 weeks for Idul Fitri .
Its 1.2 mill rp so a bit hesitant.
advice?
