We would not usually use the express service, and in October we didn't and had quite tired and grumpy kids in the queue (we start the day leaving the house at 4am and get to Bali at 9pm so its a really long day).
This time I have booked the express service - quite expensive given that there are 5 of us, but coming in around 9.15 ish at night seems to be a busy time and I want to get through as quick as possible - also the express service person has arranged our transfers to hotel so it is another thing that I don't have to arrange!
