When we were there in March..Villa 1 & 2 $80 p/n villa 4 $120. and villa 3 $150....but I do believe there was going to be a price rise.If you check out the archives there are a few posts.

Great location, was excellent for our Family to all be together but have our own space!! We had villas 1, 2, & 4, and were lucky to have the friendly and informative Jenny & Brent in their Home away from Home villa 3...... Deb
