I think people sometimes forget that your mouth is actually part of your digestive system. If you're not happy to drink water straight from the tap, why the hell would you clean your teeth with it.
BUT, while I love Bali, my tummy tends not to. Until I started taking Antibiotics as a preventative I would end up dreadfully ill with BB EVERY trip. Others may not feel the need.
