Unfortunately, the new tsunami of new comers that have come to settle in Bali and pay over priced rates and with the Balinese getting tohether to settle on raising the prices of land and rents, prices of Bali have gone only up.
It is no longer the affordable place to visit.
I am not saying weather this villa should cost this much or not,
for I have not seen the villa,
nor the materials that it has been built with.
I am sure you may find something cheaper,
but then you might miss out on the location
and well...if the house is well contructed,
then it may just be worth while.
