My kids are 7 and 9 now but have been going to bali since the youngest was 16 months old. Before our first trip with the kids I was very nervous, but we had such a great time we went back a few months later.

The Dynasty is a fantastic hotel for kids - I think you've made a good choice. They are very child friendly, have kids menus at all the restaurants & room service.

For the flight...I always take a couple of new colouring in books/activity books each, textas, pencils etc....I don't tell them that I've got them that way it's a bit of a novelty on the plane. We also take a portable DVD player with a couple of their favorite movies. As mine are a bit older now they take their DS's. Also prob a good idea to take a few snacks on board. If your little ones need a nap maybe take a pillow or something for them to get comfy on.

I always took everything I thought I might need with me as I was worried they may get a temperature in the middle of the night when nowhere was open. I took: kiddy Panadol/Nurofen, cold/flu medicine, anti bacterial wipes & gel, nappies, wipes, swimmmer nappies, mozzie spray, band aids, soov (in case they got bitten), antiseptic cream, lots of sunscreen (very expensive in bali), swimmer vests (you can also buy floaties and rings very cheaply in bali).

Not sure if your 2 year old eats tinned/jar food but if so take it as it's very expensive in Bali. Also if they are very fussy food wise maybe take a few of their favorite items with you.

I would definately take a light weight foldup stroller.

Even though it is hot, I usually take a long pair of PJ's each and a long sleeve top/bottoms as they sometimes get cold after swimming and going into the aircon.

Hope this helps
