I am off to Bali next week with the family there is 9 of us, I am looking to get a driver as my grandparents are in there 80's, just wondering what I would be thing to pay to have a driver basically at our beck and call for 10 days????? or should I just hire them for where we need to go each day as some days we will be going further then others????
