I am booked to fly in September to Bali. Looking at their website it tells you that on international flights food and alcohol are complimentary. I do not think you can pre book seats as I have searched their site and nothing is mentioned. I have pre booked seats on Jet*, Garuda etc so I think it is a bit earlier arrival at the airport to get your seat allocation. Thank goodness it leaves at a reasonable time.
