Did they check CCTV footage etc? Or just tell you, you're not covered?
My account is based in Malaysia, and said they would co-operate with bank in Indonesia, to see who withdrew the cash by CCTV. I'm 99% sure it was a few cops as that was the only guys that were around the ATM at the time.
