Opposite the entrance to kuta lagoon is an alley. About 20m up you will see a laundry (they are cheap, just a bit slow) there is a money changer next door. DO NOT use him. The rate they advertise is a bit higher than the ones on JL Legian but he tried to scam us out of $50 when we did a large change. Two of them team up on you. There also is a little blue resturant out the front of KL clean and cheap for a quick bite.
