Hi Everyone, after getting some advice through the forum, my partner and I have decided on Legong Keraton Hotel for our next trip to Bali. Heading over 8 Sept for 5 nights, just a quick trip without the kids squeezed in between FIFO rosters. We're aware we will be quite isolated in Canggu, and thats part of the attraction, along with the surf. Have been to Bali many times, but this will be new for us...there are so many parts to Bali and always an excuse to go back :-). My question is really just how isolated? I've read of varying distances to restaurants and shops. Can we walk along the beach to somewhere relatively close and is there at least a shop at hotel or nearby for things such as water and snacks.
