We're 5 young people from Russian Federation.
Looking for 3 bedroom villa on a beachfront in Kuta, Seminyak, Legian.
We don't need luxury, but modern and good on a beachfront.
Budget is up to 150USD/night.

I've found one villa via internet:

But there are no replies from this booking company, maybe it's fake?

Please suggest something, better with contacts to book.
