usually have a special when they 1st release the seats. The seats for Feb have already been released a while ago. I doubt they will have another really good special on those seats. They currently have a promotion on for KL but have a look anyway as my brother found some seats yesterday for Feb for around $187 per person perth - bali return.
Can't really help you with the accomodation in that price range.
Dream beach - you are probably refering to Dreamland....I think it has been resently re-name new kuta beach
