Once my wife was in the locals queue. The fellow in front of her was a rough Balinese. He starting swearing at Imigrasi. They in turn retaliated, insisting that everyone in the queue had to fill in another form. There were no copies of this form available.
My daughter and I had gone through the non VIP Imigrasi process and ended up waiting at the baggage carousel for half an hour for my wife, while Imigrasi exacted their revenge.
