It depends what direction you are coming from, but if travelling south on Jalan Legian, turn left at the Melasti St intersection (into Jalan Sri Wijaya)
Follow the street around, and turn left at the intersection (Cyber Cafe Corner)
Continue across the river bridge, and Alta Mode can be found on the right hand side.
