street away from JL Laksmana which is commonly known as Eat St, it is wall to wall restaurants. The hotel restaurant is also nice and cheap prices. In the same street there are several restaurants as well. The shopping is more upmarket than Kuta with lots of boutique style shops. It is close to the beach only 100 metres away. We have stayed here twice, once on 1st floor overlooking the sandy beach pool and next in a pool terrace room just metres away from the main pool. Either room was good, comfy beds, good aircon and great staff. We are going back in October and staying there again. The traffic is better than the Kuta/Legian traffic jams and if you tell your drivers to go up Sunset Rd you are back at the hotel within 15 minutes.
