On the left hand side of the Air Asia home page you will see "Get Live Help", you will need your login registration and password.
You can then send them an email.
Members of BTF have used this service in the past and had their problems attended to quickly.
If you have not registered with Air Asia you should, you can then make changes online.
It you haven't booked your flights on line using your registration name and password you will just have to persevere with the early morning calls.
