Anantara sets is up on the beachfront outside the hotel. its really lovely. I think Breeze @ Samaya can also do this.
Majoly can set up an intimate dining experience on the beach.
I believe Ayana can set up a wonderful dinner at the end of their jetty - very private.
the four seasons has PJ's 'Beds on the Beach' nights which are very intimate and cozy. dinners are set up in tented beds along the beach front and the sand is awash with candles.
