If you were planning on driving or catching a taxi from the south (Kuta) you'd have to follow Jl Legian, turn left at Jl Padma then right at Jl Padma Utara, turn right opposite Jayakarta Hotel and it's about 100m on your left.
If coming from the north (Seminyak), you have to follow Jl Legian, turn right at Jl 66, follow that down to Jl Werkudara, turn left and around some bends then left opposite Jayakarta Hotel.
