Matahari Bungalows - 1 night free

The MB web-site advertises a "Special Promo" of 1 night free for every 7 nights stayed. We are booked in for 10 days in a few weeks time.
In MB's reply to a recent e-mail, they said offer only applies during Low Season.
Have any others been successful in claiming this?
