Is not a lic and can only be issued from the country you come from. It also only alows you to drive or ride same class/s of vehicle of your lic from your home country. There is no such thing as a 150cc scooter in Bali same as there are no 50cc scooters in Bali the step though as they are commonly called are all higher cap than 50cc. So if you do not have a motor bike lic now you can not ride a bike in Bali and be covered for travel insurance. Hope that helps you should check with your travel insurance provider to see if a locally gotten lic will be ok before you or your son travel to Bali?
