Near Bedugul. Basically it's a spice, pashmina & fresh fruit market - a great place to visit. It's near the big corn cob (like the Aussie big banana, pineapple, prawn etc but smaller) at the turn off to the Botanical Gardens (well worth a drive through).
Prices for spices far cheaper than elsewhere - definitely cheaper than supermarkets. Vanilla pods & spices freeze well. I buy up big there & so far only star anise & "saffron" have been confiscated by Aust quarantine. BTW, Bali vanilla pods are smaller - I use 2 for 1. Pashminas Rp50K each.
You could do a day trip there - stop off at Pacung Indah for brekky or coffee to see the wonderful views, then to the Ghost Palace (ask about it at Pacung Indah), then the Candi Kuning Markets (Cracker's Loos are pristine - have to pay) then to Munduk for lunch at Ngiring Ngewedang restaurant with more superb views (be sure to have guacamole & coffee - they have their own plantation). Just love that area - cool & beautiful.
