experience, I am sure there are times when you have to wait in queue for a long time as I have on occassion at other international airports ie Heathrow etc. That's why I don't mind arriving at night as there doesn't seem to be as many planes landing and no pressing need for the service. I would have wasted my money last time if I had have used that option
