Seminyak restaurant suggestions please..

Dear forumites, it now looks almost certain that I will be frequenting the Seminyak area between 7th and 14th August ( typical, I miss the opening Premier League game on the damn flight back to Darwin)...sorry..I digress...
Could anyone who can be bothered please list 3 restaurants in no specific order in the Seminyak area that they consider memorable.
Please exclude Ku De Ta and La Lucciola as I visited them in March and would like new establishments to critique.
Budget ...ahem... isn't a problem...many thanks in advance for your kind and considered responses.Love Wharfie.xxx
