On the basis that the bike trip lasts for 2.5 hours and 2 hours of the trip is downhill, I mean seriously down hill in stages. My teenage son and nephew would have been clocking 60km's comfortably. The hills can be steep so the kids would be walking their bikes up most of these.
Just my opinion, but I wouldn't take my 5 & 7 year old on this trip yet.
Better off taking them on the snorkling/turtle island trip. Only half a day and really good fun. Cost was 150,000rp per person.
