Maria conducts the class from her home in Kuta (about a 10 min walk from the Hardrock).

The cooking environment is "rustic", so do not expect a commercial kitchen. We cooked 6 dishes from scratch;

Spring rolls
Sate chicken and pork, plus peanut sauce
Beef rendang
Fish in banana leaf
Sweet soy chicken
Yellow curry

There were 4 in our group, this would be the maximum you would want in a group as the kitchen is small.

The end result was a great Indonesian meal, far too much food for us to eat. So I reckon Maria and her neighbours had a good feast after we left.

Cost was 200,000rp per person, so is inexpensive.
