Between that and the mention of Vulcan, I figured before I got to the end of your JBR, that you must be a fellow Canadian. Loved all your descriptions about life in Bali and area 10 years ago. Yes, it had changed and continutes to change. Maybe that makes it interesting...not sure yet about that but it does keep me coming back. Doing my 20th trip this November since 1983...from Calgary. Sure wish that Bali was closer to us Canucks! Or that I liked Mexico better.
