Very dissapointed after my 2nd stay at this resort. They have maintenance issues, cleaning issues and need to train their staff not to talk back to customers.
I tried making a cup of coffee and the kettle was filthy. The water did not drain in the shower and we stood in a puddle trying to wash. The handbasin in the bathroom had not been cleaned, the dirt around the drain was unbelievable.
The keycard for the doors had to be changed 5 times in 14 days as we could not get in. The beds were not made up properley.The bathrooms contained a permanent stench of urine. They have rats running around in the pool area. Be careful!
The presidential suite is really quite ordinary. Not worth booking into as the curtains are filthy and the chords to open are broken, the bathroom door can hardly close as the door gets stuck and the air conditioner needs an overhaul. It's so noisy, you can't sleep!
