There is a small booth in a narrow laneway opposite Casa Padma/Lokha area, between Wayana and Friends restaurant and Indo National. You will see the sandwiche board out on the pavement showing costs for different sim cards, ProXL, Simpati, Mentari etc.
Also at Bintang Supermarket, but thats Seminyak (but great for supplies while you are there)
