i flew out from perth with some donations for helen flavel foundation and about 5 kilos over they allowed me to add extra to my carry on and then got it down to 3 kilos and they finally let me off 1 kilo and i paid $30 they dont have a policy for donations Garuda allowed me 5 kilos when i took some stuff up previously.
