unlocked you can use any sim card for calls, sms's and the internet. The internet is a lot cheaper than here in Perth but can eat into your credit so try and use free internet cafes. Any of the phone sim card stalls sell them and they are nearly on every street. The person manning the stall will set the phone up for you, make sure to ask for the cheap code to use with the sim for even cheaper calls and sms.
