last week from using AA for the 4th year running. We got $99 fares each way from Brisbane to KL and usually travel to Thailand, Malaysia or Vietnam but (regrettably) decided to give Bali a go after a break of 11 years.
You may get the odd delay and they are very strict nowadays on baggage but for the price, you can't look past them and we have always found the staff to be great. Like any airline, if you abuse the staff it will cause dramas but if you are polite and take responsibility for your own mistakes, they are fine. (ie. don't expect to get 20kgs through if you only paid for 15kgs).
