This is copy and pasted from my bali survial tips that I collected from previous posts and info recieved from friends and family.
WHAT I NORMALLY PACK....(most things you can buy in Bali, but these things I find it easier if I take from here)
Red Cordial - (a glass a day helps prevent Bali Belly, apparently..lol)
Band-Aids - (waterproof one's are good for swimming)
Bacterial Hand wash - Wash your hands before you eat, helps prevent bali belly
Kids panadol, Neurofen, stomach calm, hydrolyte sachets or icypoles - so you don't have to try and find kids medicines if its needed.
Insect repellent
Fess Nasal spray- pollution is bad in bali and sometimes you end up with a blocked nose, I always take a nasal spray so its easier to breath at night!
aquaear - my kids swim all the time, and this comes in handy.
eyedrops - there has been alot of talk about conjuntivitis (sp?), so I will also pack this for precaution.
Thanks Renee
