I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes either and I am a frequent visitor. I find it annoying that baldie keeps up the scare tactics telling us that if we don't want to wait we should use his service. (I presume he has something to do with it.. he plugs it so often!) Then he adds that it is a "freedom of choice".
He sounds like a typical salesman!
