if no toilet or changing facilities nearby. Just make sure you carry lots of wipes, nappy sacks and hand sanitiser with you and you should be fine. We found we were in and out a bit with them at the age and most of the time where not far from the hotel when a major nappy change was needed. We used the nappies mama poko (from memory I think) nappies from carrefours or matahari and they are pull up style nappies so easy for a wee change when out and if not a messy no 2 nappy too. good luck my kids loved it at that age. Always make sure you have bubs water nearby as they will drink lots when out and about in the heat. My two spent most of the time asleep in the pram when we out and about so it was quite easy.
