We have pre-paid villa accomodation(x3) through a travel agent and have received copies of emails from the places that just say "full payment received" under the travel agent letterhead. No ammounts, no inclusions, one doesnt have the dates of our booking.....they dont really seem to be of a legal standard.
Is there a common standard of receipt that we should expect and pursue? This is the only proof we have of our booking and payment so we obviously want to be clear in the event of any problem when we get there.
Normally do our own bookings and don't pay til we're there so we're in unfamiliar territory here...any help appreciated.
