I havent been to Bali in Feb, been Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, and Nov.
During the wet season, Nov - Mar ?? its definitely more humid, thus hotter.
It doesnt seem to rain all day so really you still can get about your business and if you do get wet, you dry off really quickly anyway.
If I had the opportunity to go to Bali in Feb as it was the most preferred, most convenient, I would definitely go.
