Ok dont know how helpful this will be but worth a look. We did a girls (mums) trip in May and some of us were wanting the same bag at a tuban stall (about opp Dynasty) and hadnt seen it elsewhere so the stall owner plonked a couple of us on his bike and said he would take us to the supplier. It was only just a medium size shop on one of the narrow access roads that go behind Matahari (kuta sq)on L) heading away from beach. Sorry not that good on directions and dont know street names around that area. But they had the bag and plenty of it in different colours too. Perhaps just ask a stall holder if they can take you to their supplier.
and yes we brought a few jimmy choo bags from Ketuts (hanging on hook near roof in the back t-shirt sauna room as I call it!!!), we went every 2nd day and she had different ones each time but only a couple but at least we knew how much to pay (or not!!) at other stalls.
