There have been contrasting reviews of jewellers in Bali on this forum with several complaints - in particular regarding the remodelling of jewellery eg. original stones missing.
On a personal note, I have used the jeweller that used to be at the old Bai Hai Hotel (I think this is Ms. Pak) & had no problem at that time.
Suggest you do a search on this forum of jewellers so that you are fully informed - especially if the earrings are of sentimental or great monetary value.
