on "best". I had a terrible meal at Seaside and I was sick for hours afterwards. I wouldn't go back again..... but... others love it! My favourite is Tropical Bale in Ubud and - wait for it - Legian Snacks!! (I have lot's of other favourites as well...such as breakfast at La Lucciolla and that great Morrocan in Seminyak (Kyimha??) and Queens Tandoor, just to name a few). Price does not rate really for me as I also love Mozaic in Ubud and Baba Gulang in Ubud next to the Palace.
