and i presume you brought your own machine to bali as well, only 3 or 4 came up with the incorrect region code ( its only when the machine shows you on the screen, only, that you know its an incorrect region code) If the disc doesnt boot up you cant blame it on the region code, it will tell you. You must consider the new wave security measures, not just the region code.This a concern for most new games.
Here is just a little on 'wave' security: "Previously there were 3 known good sizes for the video partition, they were known as wave1, wave2 and wave3. One of the security features in all iXtreme firmware (except 1.51) is a check on the size of the video partition to make sure it matches one of the known waves.
