We have just got back and went twice because it was so much fun. I wore a nice but casual dress the first time and a dressy top and nice shorts the second time. I wouldnt go too casual, as the waitresses/waitors dress very nice and really its nice to drink tea out of a china cup looking pretty good !! But yeah, smart casual probably is the way to go.
PS - You have to book for High Tea
