$$$ in and out of Bali

how much will i need entering into Bali Aus $$
and how much when leaving in Aus $$

can I pay both in Aussie $$ or do I need USA

also for spending money is it best to change Aus $ into Rupee at Perth Airport or wait until arriving in Bali or do you just use you flexi card to withdraw at ATM in Bali?
