cheap room near green garden hotel tuban

I am traveling mid August and looking suggestions for a cheapish room $35-50 AUD.
Friends are staying at Green Garden so I want to be close but not underfoot. I normally stay in legian or kuta areas so I'm not familiar with rooms in Tuban.
