The night I was there, while we we were dancing "Zorba",the staff threw a couple and took them from on the table near the band..so I asked was it okay..and danced up to my friends, who didnt know anything about the tradition and threw one at their feet...the look on their faces, priceless...BUT I quickly had to tell them, DONT do it with the plates from our table..to add some colour and noise to the occasion, the metal ashtrays (empty)were banged down on the floor as well..by the staff. We had the mixed meat platter and lamb cutlets...omg..it was as good as Stalactites in Melbourne.
There are a few quirky stone steps and little water ways, which must be walked carefully on the way out after a few tequila shots!
