We booked before we left Brisbane but it would have been cheaper to do so at one of the roadside vendors. Did not really mind as the $ go to a worthy cause.
We were collected from our hotel at 7am in air con vehicle, taken to coffee plantation were we got to sample a half dozen different types of tea and coffee + cocoa. Purchased some beautiful fruit and fragrance oils as well. Then went to Kinemani (scuse the spelling) and had a beautiful brekky. Then off for the ride. Very well organised with leader in front and another person at the back. Vehicle follow incase you have a blow out and need a new bike or even if you just want to have a break. Plenty of cold water along the way. Scenery was excellent and was provided with information along the way. After about 2.5 hrs, back to the Managers home compound where wife made us a beautiful buffet. Drinks could be purchased but again, water was provided. Food was excellent.
PNF and I are in our early 50's and while PNF had not problem, I had trouble with one of the hills (there is only really 3 hills). I could have made it if I had a better run up.
Wayan and he team were excellent and I can not praise them enough.
