East Bali experts needed

Looking for somewhere quiet with nice views in the hills between Padangbai/Candi and Ubud for a few days. Not too expensive - say not over $us35 or so. Contact info would be welcomed but not essential.

Alternatively, somewhere similar price range on the coast between Padangbai and Sanur.
